Wrapping up a productive year at Park Lane!

From first-floor brickwork to roof trusses, the team has been busy hitting milestones across the new two-storey townhouse development in Stirling.

• All 22 ground-floor slabs and 18 suspended slabs poured
• Ground-floor feature brickwork completed
• First-floor brickwork up on 15 units
• Roof truss installation underway
• First-fix electrical and hydraulic works completed

Heading into the new year, we’re on track to finish all suspended slab pours and begin the roof coverings, bringing Park Lane one step closer to its anticipated mid-2026 completion.
