Construction well underway at the Park Lane townhouse development in Stirling

Metrocon is excited to share early progress at Park Lane — a boutique collection of 22 two-storey townhouses in the heart of Stirling.

The first six slabs have been poured, three suspended slabs completed, and feature brickwork is now taking shape — a solid start and a milestone worth marking. Great work by the team for pushing through the tough winter conditions to maintain momentum!

Metrocon is engaged as the design and construct contractor for this project, working in close partnership with Locus Property. Together, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, modern homes that blend style and functionality.

With completion targeted for mid-2026, we’re looking forward to seeing this development take shape and contribute to the growing Stirling community.
