Metrocon has officially broken ground on Nouveau Nedlands

Metrocon has officially broken ground on Nouveau Nedlands, marking the start of construction with a soil-turning ceremony celebrated alongside proejct partners Griffin Group and maarch*.

This bespoke Art Deco-inspired development will deliver 17 residences across seven levels to the iconic Broadway in Nedlands, with 13 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments and the remaining 4 offering unique three-bedroom layouts with a private balcony or courtyard. Forming the social heart for the building on ground floor will be commercial tenancies and shared spaces, including communal gardens, a landscaped terrace, and a resident lounge.
