Stages 1 and 2 of the concrete contiguous piling are now complete, setting the stage for next week's critical first-floor slab pour. This slab becomes the foundation for the project’s top-down construction approach – allowing us to excavate and build the basement and ground level below while simultaneously constructing the floors above.

Stages 1 and 2 of the concrete contiguous piling are now complete, setting the stage for next week’s critical first-floor slab pour. This slab becomes the foundation for the project’s top-down construction approach – allowing us to excavate and build the basement and ground level below while simultaneously constructing the floors above.

Once complete, this bespoke Art Deco-inspired development will feature 17 residences across seven levels, with commercial tenancies and shared spaces at ground floor.
