Captured in early July, this reel shows the erection of the luffing tower crane, marking the project’s transition from the complex top-down sequence used to deliver the basement and ground floor structure to the vertical build above.

Works have since progressed through Levels 1 and 2, with the tower crane providing the lifting capacity for formwork, reinforcement, AFS panels and scaffold at each stage. The same sequence now advances into Level 3 and will be repeated through to the structural steel roof.
