Major building milestone at the Cooper Street Mews Apartment development

Progress is ramping up at Cooper Street Mews in Nedlands, with the first-floor slab now poured at 18 Cooper Street and activity picking up across both sites. A big thank you to the team for their continued efforts in pushing the build forward.

Metrocon are tasked with constructing the 10 bespoke apartments and 5 luxurious three-storey townhouses, each designed with spacious open-plan layouts, ample outdoor space, and premium material finishes.
