Metrocon awarded Stage 2 of the Mell Gardens Over-55s Development

Metrocon are thrilled to share that we have been awarded Stage 2 of the Mell Gardens Over-55s Development in Spearwood, which will see the construction of 41 new villas.

We’re proud to be delivering this project in partnership with the Aegis Aged Care Group, alongside the well-established firm of Montague Grant Architects.

The villas are designed to combine style with functionality, featuring light-filled open-plan living and kitchen areas, two spacious bedrooms, a study (with select configurations offered without a study), private outdoor areas and a secure garage with convenient tandem visitor parking to each villa. To respond to the needs of our ageing community, thoughtful accessibility features are integrated throughout each home to support comfortable, independent living for residents.
