Metrocon awarded Stage 22 and 22A works at Mandurah Catholic College

Metrocon is pleased to announce that we have been awarded Stage 22 and 22A at Mandurah Catholic College, continuing our collaboration with Paterson Architects and Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA).

The project will deliver a major upgrade to the college’s library building, undertaken in two separable portions to minimise disruption to teaching and learning. Works will see the installation of a new roof and the transformation of internal spaces to create two modern classrooms, multiple staff offices, two dedicated recovery rooms, and a welcoming new student reception area. Together, these improvements will provide both students and staff with enhanced facilities that support learning, wellbeing, and the day-to-day life of the college.

This commission represents an important step in our ongoing partnership with CEWA and Paterson Architects, reflecting our shared commitment to building high-quality, future-ready educational environments across Western Australia.
