Major milestones at Stage 2 of the Australian Islamic College Forrestdale

Last month saw major milestones across the site, with the roof installed on the new double-storey high school, structural steel erected for level 1 of the administration building, and brickwork advancing quickly on the ground floor of the specialty building.

See our early progress at Nouveau in Nedlands

Stages 1 and 2 of the concrete contiguous piling are now complete, setting the stage for next week's critical first-floor slab pour. This slab becomes the foundation for the project’s top-down construction approach – allowing us to excavate and build the basement and ground level below while simultaneously constructing the floors above.

Metrocon has officially broken ground on Nouveau Nedlands

Metrocon has officially broken ground on Nouveau Nedlands, marking the start of construction with a soil-turning ceremony celebrated alongside our partners Griffin Group and maarch*. This bespoke Art Deco-inspired development will deliver 17 residences across seven levels to the iconic Broadway in Nedlands.

Construction now underway on the Sukha Residences in Scarborough

We recently joined our project partners at Griffin Group and Fine Lines Drafting on site in Scarborough for a soil-turning ceremony to celebrate the beginning of works. Metrocon is appointed under a construction management contract to deliver six luxury double-storey townhouses, each with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
